Canoeing TourDrake River is is a small bay on the north side of the Osa Peninsula on the coast of southwestern Costa Rica. Named after the pirate, Sir Francis Drake, this bay is believed to be a port used by Drake in the 16th century and the location of one of the British pirate's hidden treasures. Today, Drake River is a largely pristine low-land tropical rainforest with an abundance of wildlife and beautiful views. On this tour we are on the lookout for birds, lizards, monkeys, snakes, and the fierce crocodile as we quietly paddle along the river.
